1. The service
Sorp provides voice recording, text capture, knowledge document management and AI-assisted organization.
2. Accounts and sign-in
You may sign in with one-tap phone-number login or an SMS verification code. Your first sign-in registers an account automatically.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for ensuring that what you upload is lawful, contains nothing prohibited, and does not infringe the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
You hold the rights to the content you create and upload. You grant Sorp the processing permissions necessary to provide the service to you.
5. Disclaimer
Sorp is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or carrier networks, but will make reasonable efforts to restore service.
